Group – Personalized Pilates programs
At our pilates studio we offer both group and individual classes. During class, each person exercises according to the needs of their body and chosen program. Classes start every hour and a half, beginning at 10:30 am and ending at 10:15 pm.
Introduction to the Pilates method
During the first lesson, students are introduced to the theory and exercises of pilates, they are being informed about the operating rules of the studio, and also mention any needs they want to cover through the method. Once the introductory course is completed, every student can choose the course package that best meets their needs.
Pilates Classes
Α. Group Classes
1. Μat & Equipment
The duration of the class is 75′. Up to 5 people participate in the class, always under the supervision of a pilates instructor.
The program includes exercises on a mat as well as on specific pilates equipment (reformer, wunda chair, tower) — after, of course, taking into account the individual characteristics of participants’ bodies, their age, any pathologies, their previous experience and desires.
2. Aerial Pilates
The class lasts 55′ and up to 5 people can participate. The practice is done with special suspended hammocks that help the body defy gravity. It’s ideal for increasing muscle flexibility, core strength and well-being.
2. Aerial KID Pilates
A unique, fun training system, adapted to the needs of our little friends! Aerial Kid Pilates gives every kid the opportunity to enjoy a sense of absolute freedom, always in complete safety. Each class lasts 55′.
4. ‘3 in 1’ Program
The duration of the program depends on the type of training (JustMat: 55′, Aerial: 55′, Mat & Instruments: 75′) and includes 3 types of programs (JustMat, Aerial, Mat & Instruments).
A total of 8 classes in one month.
The program includes 4 JustMat classes and 4 Aerial Pilates or Mat & Instruments classes, depending on your preference.
The duration of the program is strictly 1 month (classes can NOT be rescheduled to other dates).
Your participation must be registered with our front desk.
5. Just Mat Program
Just Mat classes last 55’, with 2-10 people per class.
The exercises also include the smaller equipment (ring, roller, bands, small or large exercise balls).
The classes are mixed (beginners & advanced). If necessary, variations may be made.
The duration of the course is 1 calendar month. Your participation must be registered with our front desk so that the number of 10 people per class is not exceeded.
Packages for 2x or 3x a week are available.
Β. Personal Training
Private pilates lessons last 55 minutes. All equipment (reformer, wunda chair, tower) and the mat are used.
At Personal Training, dates and times are arranged after discussion and agreement with the client. The student has the entire studio at her/his disposal.
Class Packages
1. Packages for 8 group classes
a) If a student takes a class twice a week, she/he should complete the package within 37 days.
b) If a student takes a class once a week, she/he should complete the package within 60 days.
In any case, after the end of this period the packages are no longer valid and for no reason can they last longer.
2. Packages for 10 group classes
a) If a student takes a class 3 times a week, they must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
b) If a student takes a class twice a week, they must be completed within 45 days from the date of purchase.
In any case, after the end of this period the packages are no longer valid and for no reason can they last longer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a class booking must be made 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place. If there is a Sunday between the day of the client’s decision and the class day, the notification must be made by Saturday, 3pm. On holidays, it must be made until 3pm on the last working day. Otherwise, the booking will be charged.
Minimum number of participants
Group classes do not take place when there is only one participant.
